How much does shipping cost?
Your purchase ships UPS Ground for just $5 no matter how much you order. Tyndale proudly offers $5 flat rate shipping to orders within the contiguous U.S. Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska will incur shipping charges of $25 regardless of the order size.
Additionally, Tyndale offers 2-Day shipping for $35 within the contiguous U.S., regardless of the order size.
Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can choose to ship orders to multiple addresses during the order placement process. Please note that orders sent to multiple destinations will incur additional shipping charges.
Does Tyndale ship internationally?
Currently, Tyndale ships to addresses in the Unites States only.
How long does shipping take?
Tyndale makes every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Standard shipping times are 3-5 days for addresses within the continental U.S. and 3-7 days for addresses in Hawaii or Alaska. A 2-Day shipping option is also available within the continental U.S.
How do I track my order?
For each order you place, you will receive email notifications with the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an email including your UPS tracking number. Using this number, you can visit the UPS.com website and track your order.
Additionally, you can visit Your Account to:
- Track the status of your orders
- Track your shipment
- View the status of unshipped items
- Cancel unshipped items
- Return items
What is Tyndale’s return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. Items returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed and include a completed return form.
How do I return/exchange a purchase?
Guest Check out:
If you checked out as a guest you will recieve a pre-paid Tyndale return label and return/exchange form. Simply reseal your original packaging, including your completed return form, place the label on the outside of the box and let UPS do the rest! Any UPS location will accept your package for no charge, or you can contact UPS to schedule for a delivery driver to pick your package up. Tyndale processes returns promptly so you have access to your replacement products or credit quickly.
Have a customer profile:
Tyndale gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn items within 60 days, where allowed by your company’s return policy. You can view your company’s return policy anytime in the “Order & Return History” screen.
Our online return process is fast, friendly to the environment, and completely free. Just follow three simple steps:
1.Login to your account and click “Order & Return History.” Select your order and follow the prompts to print your FREE Return Shipping Label and Return Slip for eligible items. You can also request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color.
2.Package the return with the Return Slip and securely attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside, using clear tape. Drop it off at your company UPS pick-up or any UPS location. You can find your nearest UPS location by visiting www.UPS.com and clicking “locations.”
3.Your credit is automatically processed as soon as your return is scanned at our distribution center! We will send you an email confirming your return.
What if I Don’t Have Access to a Computer or Printer?
We are here to help process your return! Contact our US-based customer service team at 800-356-3433 to request a printed return label and return slip by fax or mail.
When Will My Account Be Credited?
Your account is credited when your return is received and scanned at Tyndale’s distribution center. We will send you an email confirming your return.
What if I Want to Exchange?
You can use the online process to request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color.
If you would like to order a completely different item instead, complete the online process to return your unwanted item. Then, go back to your custom catalog and enter a new order. Keep in mind that your credit card will not reflect pending return credits until the return is received at our distribution center.
What if I Forget to Enclose the Return Slip in my Return?
Don’t worry! Tyndale can still process the return as long as the Return Shipping Label is securely attached to the outside.

Are repair services available?
Tyndale offers complimentary repair kits with flame resistant thread and buttons at no charge to our customers. Upon request, repair kits can be included with your order. Please contact Tyndale customer service by phone (1-800-356-3433) to request your repair kit.
Tyndale warrants all products, whether manufactured or distributed by Tyndale, against manufacturer defect. Tyndale will repair any garment at no charge that is determined by Tyndale to have a manufacturer’s defect.
Garments in need of repair must be laundered/clean prior to shipping to Tyndale.
Repairs are completed with a flame resistant NOMEX thread.
