Inside Sales

Inside Sales

The position will generally have 3 key areas of focus:

  • Focusing on building strong relationships with key contacts at existing customers and interacting with them over the phone on a weekly or daily basis to help them solve their uniform needs.
  • Creating and maintaining customer information in a proprietary computer system.
  • Creating customized selling literature for distribution to thousands of end-users.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain relationships with key contacts at existing customer-base to ensure repeat business.
  • Proactive involvement with various internal company departments to resolve order or invoice discrepancies.
  • Provides information concerning product information, assists customer service in comparing product features.
  • Sets up new customers. Sets up and maintains pricing profiles in internal database and programs.
  • Partner with, and provide sales support for, our outside sales force; may also be required to assist with other projects interrelated with Inside Sales.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates for this challenging role are responsible, self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, confident, composed, positive team players with strong computer and ‘people’ skills.
  • They must be flexible, have a sense of urgency, and be able to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines - always with a professional approach - working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Further, ideal candidates must possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Must be a multi-tasker, with the ability to balance day to day account issues as well as longer term projects
  • Must possess the ability to build rapport with customers instantly.
  • Must be a “Team Player”, have a high level of organizational skills, and work well under pressure. Extreme attention to detail is necessary to meet and exceed customer needs. Ability to work at computer for long periods of time entering and retrieving data.
  • Must have excellent phone skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel required; Adobe Photoshop a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Service experience preferred. Previous Business to Business Phone experience preferred.

Compensation includes:

  • Competitive pay rate, plus eligible for annual performance bonus.
  • Eligible to participate in monthly company performance bonus.

Directions
From Philadelphia Airport area: 
Take 95 South to I-476 North. Follow to the end. Stay to the left to get to the tolls. After the tollbooths, stay to the right to get onto the Pennsylvania Turnpike, (I-276 East). Take exit number 343, towards Route 611 North, Willow Grove/Jenkintown/Doylestown. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Easton Road/611 North. You will be on 611 North for approximately 30 minutes. Take the 611 Bypass, (Ignore the exit ramp that points to Doylestown. Stay to the left to get on the bypass.) Continue on the bypass until it ends and N Easton Road (611 North) begins. Go approximately 2 miles and make a left onto Kellers Church Road, (just past the Plumsteadville Inn on the left and just before Shelly Funeral Home.) Stay on Kellers Church Road for approximately 1/2 mile and make a left onto Applebutter Road. Make the first left into the Tyndale parking lot.  

From Newark Airport, New Jersey (Approximately 2 hours): 
Take 78 West to 287 south exit 29. Get off at 202 South at Somerville (Exit 17). Follow 202 South. You will cross a toll bridge in New Hope.  Continue on 202 South (approximately 10 Minutes), turn right on 413/Durham Rd North/West. Travel 10 to 15 minutes; you will pass Eorio's Deli/Bakery on your right; 1/4 mi. past the bakery on your left is Stump Rd., turn left. You will go to the first traffic light, which is Rt. 611; turn right onto 611 North. Your first left, about 20 yards, is Kellers Church Road, (just before Shelly Funeral Home.)  Stay on Kellers Church Road for approximately 1/2 mile and make a left onto Applebutter Road. Make the first left into the Tyndale parking lot.

From Atlantic City, New Jersey (Approximately 2 hours):
Take the Atlantic City Expressway West towards Philadelphia. Take the Walt Whitman Bridge. Stay on 76 North until you see 476 North.  Follow to the end. Stay to the left to get to the tolls. After the tollbooths, stay to the right to get onto the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276 East). Take exit number 343, towards Willow Grove/ Jenkintown/ Doylestown. Keep right at the fork in the ramp.
