Wool
Used for centuries in the worlds coldest climates because of its insulating properties
Thats why Tyndale uses wool lining in our FR outerwear. The combination of heat insulation and moisture resistance determine how well clothing performs in cold weather. Wool is porous and air-filled providing natural insulation that has stood the test of time. And, with the unique ability to absorb and wick away moisture even when wet, wool keeps you dry and warm, even while active. The performance of wool just cant be duplicated with the synthetic fibers used by virtually all other FR manufacturers.
Active or standing still, Tyndales wool-lined jacket and overalls keep you warm and dry.
Wool gives warmth without the bulk.
When it comes to FR clothing, our wool-lined jackets, overalls and underwear consistently deliver cold-weather performance.
Wool has been the material of choice used by outdoorsmen for centuries look for this symbol throughout our catalog to see why linemen all over the country are choosing Tyndales wool-lined outerwear for the best protection from the elements.
