From apparel design and manufacturing to individualized employee delivery and web-based tracking of apparel items, we let you choose the level of service that works best for you and your company.

Allowance Management is a key component of Tyndale’s services offering. Company management sets aside a uniform allowance for each employee – with the employee empowered to choose from the apparel in your company’s custom catalog, within the allowance. Tyndale delivers the order directly to the employee, and directly bills the company.
Take advantage of all the benefits of an Allowance Program:
• Online Ordering. Tyndale creates a customized, propriety site where you and your employees can order online. Just specify the products for your online program. With full account access, you have access to account history, order status and product information
• Absolute budget/cost control. The maximum company expenditure is the number of employees multiplied by their allowances. Our online ordering system doesn’t allow expenditures beyond the allowance.
• Employee Choice. Allowing employees to choose the garments they like to wear maximizes employee satisfaction, and promotes cooperation between labor and management.
• Employee Buy-In. If an employee chooses to spend more than their allowance, employees participate in their uniform program by contributing their own money – Tyndale tracks all expenditures and can charge to a personal credit card.
• Total account tracking. All purchases are tracked by employee, by department with complete account history and supervisor viewing capability. And, we offer your choice of custom management reports.

As a distributor, Tyndale proudly offers the leading work wear brands, including Carhartt, Dickies, Red Kap and Wrangler. In addition, Tyndale distributes many of the leading Corporate Career Apparel brands, including Cutter Buck, Lee and others. Our centralized purchasing power with these manufacturers provides us with maximum discounts, making us highly price competitive.
